1. What products do you sell?

We offer a curated selection of premium Egyptian food. Orders arrive frozen. You can choose between cooked or ready to cook.

2. Where do you ship?

We currently ship within Germany and are expanding to other EU countries. Shipping options and costs are displayed at checkout.

3. How long does delivery take?

We ship on Mondays and Thursdays and delivery takes 1 business day within Germany. Currently, in Pre-order phase all orders made now will be delivered between 1-3 May.

6. How can I contact you?

You can reach us via the contact form on our website or by email chef@balady.kitchen, We respond within 1–2 business days.

7. Is my payment information safe?

Absolutely. We process all payments through a trusted third-party payment provider. We do not store your payment data — your card details are handled entirely by our payment provider in a secure, encrypted environment. We never have access to your full card number or sensitive payment information.

8. Is this the whole menu?

We have a menu rotation every 2 weeks starting from May. However, your most loved items will always be there.

9. How we freeze our food at top freshness?

We use blast freezing technology that freezes your food 6 times faster than normal freezers.

10. what if I am not home to receive the delivery?

Your package will be left at your front door or at one of your neighbours. However, we recommend to move the food back to the freezer as soon as possible.
